1. What is HistoKeep?
HistoKeep is an all-in-one history vault app that helps you preserve memories, store documents,
create reminders, create to-do tasks and collaborate with friends, family, or teams.
2. Is HistoKeep free to use?
Yes, HistoKeep offers free features, with premium plans available for advanced storage, memory
vaults, and team collaboration tools.
3. On which platforms is HistoKeep available?
HistoKeep is available on both Android and iOS devices. You can also access it via deep links
across platforms.
4. How do I create a category?
Go to the Categories section → tap + Icon at the bottom left
corner → tap Add Category → enter a name and description → save.
5. How do I add Category Item under a Categories?
You can create Category Item in multiple ways
I. Go to the Categories section → select Add Category Item
from +
icon → Select Category from the Dropdown → enter details like name, description, date and
attachments → save.
II. Go to the Categories section → Click on the desired
Category Card → click on + icon at the left bottom corner → enter details like name,
description, date and attachments → save.
III. Go to the Home section → select Add Category Item from +
icon → Select Category from the Dropdown → enter details like name, description, date and
attachments → save.
6. How do I create a Reminder?
Go to the Reminders section → click on + icon at the left
bottom corner → enter details like title, description, remidner date and other required details
→
save.
7. Can I share a reminder with someone?
Yes. When creating/editing a reminder, choose Share → select
friends or circles → they’ll get notified.
8. What happens if someone declines a shared
reminder?
The reminder will not appear in their list, and you’ll be
notified that they declined.
9. How do I create a to-do task?
Go to the To-Do section → click on + icon at the left
bottom corner → enter details like title, sub task details other required details
→
save.
10. Can I share a to-do task with others?
Yes. When creating/editing a to-do task, choose Share → select
friends or circles → they’ll get notified.
11. What happens if someone declines a shared
to-do task?
The to-task will not appear in their list, and you’ll be
notified that they declined.
12. How do I send a friend request?
Go to the Friends section → select Add Friend

icon → Search for the person’s name/email → tap Add Friend → they’ll receive your request.
13. How do I invite a friend request?
Go to the Friends section → select Invite Friend

icon → Enter valid email → tap Invite Friend → they’ll receive your request.
14. How do I see my friends list, Sent friend
request and recieved friend requests?
Go to the Friends section → here you’ll see My Friends,
Recieved Friend Requests and Sent Friend Requests where you can accept, decline, cancel or
delete.
15. What are Circles?
Circles are groups where you can share reminders, tasks,
chats, and memories with multiple friends at once.
16. What’s the difference between individual chat
and circle chat?
Individual chat lets you talk with one friend. Circle chat is
for group conversations within a circle.
17. What is the Memory Vault?
The Memory Vault is your personal storage for important
documents, photos, and notes, organized safely.
18. What is a Time Capsule in Memory Vault?
A Time Capsule lets you store memories or notes that will
unlock on a future date.
19. What is the Life Story Journal?
It’s your digital diary where you can write personal stories,
experiences, and milestones.
20. What are Legacy Messages?
Legacy Messages are notes, videos, or reminders you prepare
in advance to be shared with chosen people after a set time or event.
21. How does Legacy Messages work?
You create a message → assign recipients → choose delivery
conditions (date/event) → the message is delivered automatically when the time comes.
22. How can I change my app language?
Go to My Profile → click on edit from Language Section →
select your preferred language → update.
23. Is my data secure?
